◎為提升全校學生英語能力，並增加學生練習英語對話的機會，英語學系特開闢「英語聊天時間─Chatting Time」活動。英語學系每週安排不同教師及不同時段，讓學生在自由輕鬆的氛圍中，磨練英語口說能力，培養英語溝通信心。

When：
同學可於即日起至英語系辦公室先登記時段。第一次聊天時間，將於99年3月1日起正式展開。

How：
同學可於上述時段之前一週至英語學系辦公室預先登記。每一時段限制五位同學登記。已登記之同學，請於當天當時段之前五分鐘，先至英語系辦理報到，之後即可與當時段之教師以英語對話。為使每次英語聊天進展順利，每位參與之同學宜事先構思欲對談之主題。

"Daniel's virtual chatting time will be held on-line, and will be available 24/7 using both asynchronous communication such as message boards, podcasts, and wikis, and synchronous tools such as IM, text chat, and Skype. The virtual chat room is located at http://cailab.net/moodle. This chat will be loosely focused on technology, but all topics are allowed. After creating an account on Moodle, participants will have access to file sharing, a blog, chat room, personal and group wiki, and a number of other resources. Come join us!"
